If you wish to have a Belfast address you just need to select the desired package from the list. There are 4 packages available, that is Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Select a package that suits your business needs.
Once you choose a package of your choice, you will be directed to the new booking form, https://iconoffices.co.uk/newbookingform.php.
Follow the steps in the booking form.
Step 1
· Select the package frequency you want. You can either choose annually for an extra discount or quarterly for your example. Besides the frequency, you can see the Amount.

b) If you do not want to form a company with this address and only need a virtual business address for other reasons then this option is for you. You can also form a company with someone else or your own with this address.
If you are willing to form a company with us and want a hassle-free documentation process then you can choose our company formation package as we discussed earlier which will cost £52.99 if you skip it for now and wish to register your company later.
c) If you have selected Bronze or Silver, option “C” will be default closed as it is only for gold and platinum users. No need to worry, you can change your package anytime, just go back to the main virtual office page and select GOLD or SILVER.
Selecting gold or silver automatically enables you to option c and you will get 1x company formation free without any extra charges.
Choose any of the above a) b) or c) and we are down with step 2, so let's start with step 3.
Step 3
Add details of your Authorised Virtual Office Account Handler. The Account Handler is the person who is completing the application and who may be acting as an administrator or representative on behalf of the company and its directors. Step 4
Now let's move to step 4, note you can select the top checkbox if you want to copy the same details as your account handler. See in the image where I have highlighted the box with a yellow color and green arrow.
In this step, fill in the details of the business owner or director. As in the above image, fill in the 17 blanks. You can have multiple company directors; after adding the details of the first director, you can add the second director's details by clicking the "add director" button at the end of step 4.
Step 5
Now let's move to step 5 and complete the details of our company formation, as we have selected the option to form a company with a virtual address.
In step 5, select the company name you want to trade within the UK and check the name availability in “a”.
Example. If you choose the company name Servy Consultancy
You’ll need to select how you want to add the extension. There are two options in “a”.
· Limited
· LTD.
Your company name would look like this Servy Consultancy Limited or Servy Consultancy LTD
In “b” add your business activity and explain in detail the main activity for your business.
In point “c” you will provide in detail what your business does (main activities) and also provide your business’ website and social media links.
In “d” you will insert your email address which will be used by us as your secondary email address and it will also be shared with Companies House.
Once you fill in all the details in step 5, there are additional options for extras.
The first additional service is printed company documents. You can either choose to get printed company documents when purchasing the virtual office package or later on. However, you can get a 50% discount if you choose to purchase it with the package.
Digital documents can be provided, but if you would like printed documents you can choose how you want to receive your mail either by your own courier or Icon Offices to post the documents for free.Make sure you fill in the correct address then accept the terms and conditions.
The second additional service is the UK virtual mobile number. If you want a UK virtual number, choose a package for your UK virtual number, either standard which comes with only unlimited incoming calls and SMS premium package which comes with both income and outbound calls.
The third additional service is the UK Voip Landline number. Choose the UK city you would like to get a number for, then choose the Voip package. There is Voip 5 with 5 minutes outbound calls per month to selected destinations, Voip 250 with 250 minutes of outbound calls per month, Voip 1000 with 1000 minutes of outbound calls per month, Voip 1500 with 1500 minutes of outbound calls per month, as shown on the below image.
Step 6
This is the checkout area where the package and the additional services you have chosen will be stated with their price and the order total.
