You will be allocated with an unique office/suite/unit number to our address. It is essential that you always include this office/suite/unit number while using the address.
For these reasons, one of our service conditions is that all clients must consistently use their unique office numbers.
With our Silver Package you can only register 1 company / business to any of our addresses. With our Gold Package you can register 2 companies / businesses and with our Platinum Package you can register 3 companies. We consider a "brand name / trading name" as a separate business so if you have multiple brand names / trading names you will need 1 x subscription for each. At least 1 director / owner of each company / business must be the same person.
Anyone can use our address as their correspondence address, provided it is done legally and responsibly, without misleading the public into thinking you are physically based at our location. If you're only using our address to receive personal mail, you can opt for our more affordable Bronze package, priced at just $0.99 per week. This package allows mail to be received for one person only. Additional subscriptions must be purchased for extra users.
We open and scan your mail/letters by default and send it to you via email once we receive it. After receiving the scan, you can log into your portal and request the hard copy to be forwarded to you if needed.
If the item is too bulky to be scanned, or if you want it forwarded after scanning, you can arrange a courier (at your own expense) to collect it from our office and deliver it to your address. A small admin/courier handover fee of $3.50 per consignment will also be payable to us.
We ensure all of our staff have security clearance and have had a criminal record check conducted on them before employing them. Furthermore, only trained professionals have access to mails that too in a controlled environment to prevent unauthorized access. We handle all types of confidential private mail ranging from bank cards and pins to powers of attorney. We take security and confidentiality seriously and we do not share or disclose your information to third parties. All mail is always stored securely and is destroyed after it has been scanned to you.
We accept items weighing up to 22lbs (10 kg) and no larger than a standard shoebox. Any items exceeding these size or weight limits will be refused upon delivery.
All mails will be delivered to you via scan or forwarding only. We do not offer a post collection option at the moment.
Upgrade: You can upgrade your package at any time by logging into your customer portal, and the payment for your previous package will be refunded to you on a pro-rata basis.
Downgrade: You can downgrade your package only on your billing date by giving us a minimum of 7 days’ notice via email to usa@iconoffices.co.
Your billing dates can be seen in the customer log in area. Please note that you cannot downgrade or request a pro-rata refund during the middle of your annual subscription.

When someone calls you, their call will be rerouted to our call center where an operator will answer your call in the name of your company / business. They will tell the caller that you are not available to answer your call and will take a brief message. They will then email that message to you immediately. You will also receive a recording of the call in real time. This way you can contact the callers later on as per your convenience and ensure that no call goes unanswered. We will answer a maximum of 6 calls per month for free. For us to answer additional calls you will have to buy bundles of additional call answering tokens, priced at $38 for a bundle of 10 call answering tokens. All calls are answered by operators whose first language is English.
After subscribing for our address rental service you can cancel and claim a full refund within 14 days on the condition that our address is not being used and has not been used by you, your business or any of its directors / owners.
After 14 days no refunds can be given and you can only cancel your package at your quarterly or annual subscription date by giving a minimum of 7 days' notice from your billing date on the condition that you are no longer using our address as the registered, advertised or correspondence address for your company / business or any of the Directors or employees. We do not permit use of our address for any purpose, without payment.
